The setting is solid gold, and the melee stones are clear sapphires (54 1mm stones, and 14 1.5mm for approx. .65 cwt in total). The setting is approx 14k solid yellow gold, but setting was made off shore and is not hallmarked. I do not sell man made stones. All my gems are earth mined. Expect imperfections. Ring size 7.
