Raisin Bread, Approx. 800 grams

I make these for people not familiar with bread machines so you can see what they are like. Sure beats store bought bread!! VERY easy to make . If you decide to make your own, I suggest the Panasonic Sd-R2550. Excellent machine, easy to use and very sturdily built. ( Bread machines leave a small hole in the bottom of the bread, as shown..... does not affect bread in any way.) Bread when you need it in just 5 hours.... all you do it add the ingredients and let it do the work . Machine comes with recipes... I just show a few here.
