This sapphire was appraised by one of Canada's top appraisers .As I have paid for the appraisal already, a copy of the appraisal signed ,sealed and in your name can be sent to you at no additional charge if requested.. Master Valuer appraisals are accepted by Insurance companies as true retail replacement value. Retail replacement is for bricks and mortar stores with high overheads. I bought directly from source, which makes a huge difference, and my price is always MUCH lower than retail replacement. Now retired, I am doing this to raise funds for charities I believe in.
