Spice Grinding

If you wish to have me grind whole spices for you just before delivery, please pay using this payment page. Spice Grinders are not expensive, and grinding them just prior to use releases the most flavours. A well worth investment! A coffee grinder will do the job.... but if you are using your coffee grinder, grind a small amount of uncooked rice before and after use to clean the machine. That is all it takes. But, for those that prefer, I will do it for you. Fresh ground spice makes a huge difference.
