Sold in the frame we received it in. Frame may have a few marks from age, but overall in good condition. When we sell art framed under glass, we offer the option of having it shipped with or without glass. Or shipped as art with mat only. See note below.

NOTE: Have shipped a lot of such art with the glass in, and never had a problem to date: we take special care, using a lot of bubble wrap and we tape diagonally over the glass with painters tape.
But, although the possibility of damage is slim, we are not responsible for damage. best to pick up.
