I have made dozens of types of bread over the decades. This is my go to artisan white bread. Actually not difficult to make...only a few ingredients and a simple process. ( REALLY helps if you have a stand mixer... but is not essential) I leave the dough in the fridge overnight. Once again, not essential.... but certainly improves the flavour.
I will add instructions later if interest is shown. Right now, I will be making for people to try .... it really is a great tasting white bread.
