Whole Cloves

I buy from one of the most respected spice wholesalers in Canada to ensure quality and freshness. Full spice jar...approx. 30 grams. A little goes a LONG way as they are strong. Use whole cloves to stick into hams or roasts to infuse with flavour, or add a few of soups or stews.... but remove them before serving... the taste is very strong if eaten , or use ground cloves in breads, cookies, pies, etc. Also used with cider or chai tea.
